Chelsea Fleher is a movement specialist who is passionate about healthy living. Today, Chelsea is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) personal trainer and orthopedic specialist. She holds a Balanced Body Pilates Reformer and Apparatus certification as well as an Adaptive Fitness certification. Combining her knowledge and expertise in Pilates and personal training, effective orthopedic and manual therapy techniques, Chelsea safely and effectively helps clients of all abilities on their fertility journey.
